1.Registration Reception (General reception)

(3) Registration fee (for those without pre-registration)

Please have the exact amount ready. Credit card cannot be accepted. Please pay the fee and receive your name card (*participation certificate and receipt combined), fill in your name and institution, and wear it during the meeting.
Following occupations correspond to medical partners. For other occupations, please attend as doctors or public:

Cloak will be available near the reception.
Time: Opens from 7:20, and closes 30 minutes after the final session ends each day.

2.Welcome reception

Welcome reception will be held on June 23 (Sat.) from 18:45 at [Rei, Yu, Mai no ma] (Room 9 ~ 11), Hotel New Otani Makuhari.

3.Luncheon seminar ticket distribution

Educational seminars (ES sessions) will be held as luncheon seminar and if you wish to attend, please retrieve a ticket. Tickets of the day will be distributed between 7:20 ~ 11:30 at the luncheon seminar ticket desk (near general reception, 1F entrance lobby, Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex).

• Please show your participation certificate.
• Please note tickets (with lunch box) are limited in numbers, and it will expire 5 minutes before the seminar begins.
• Tickets are not required for evening symposiums. Please directly go to the session room.

4.Exhibition

Medical equipment, medicine and books are exhibited during the meeting period in Exhibition Hall 8, 2F Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex.

5.Other information

• We cannot make any announcement for calling other attendants except in emergencies. Please use the noticeboard near the general reception.
• Please refrain from smoking in all session venues.
• Any lost property found in session venues will be kept/stored at the general reception.
